Leading federal data governance and modernization efforts, including C-suite engagement that culminated in a national tabletop exercise and an agency’s first data baseline

Supporting federal emergency response efforts through the migration of COVID-19 therapeutics data, including ordering, reporting, and distribution capabilities, to a new system

Laying the foundation for data governance and management practices across government, non-profit, clinical, academic, and research settings

Building and managing research databases, biostatistical analysis, and FDA correspondence for an Investigational Device Exemption (IDE) on clinical device studies

Leading a national industry workgroup that produced a technical guide used industry wide to educate teams on data validation and auditing best practices
